  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

  • We do not bill insurance; services are self-paid.

4. Confidentiality

PRN will maintain the confidentiality of professional information shared by providers, except when:

5. Limitation of Liability

While PRN strives to provide accurate and useful guidance, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes or implementation results in your practice. PRN is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from the use of advice or resources provided.

6. Termination

PRN reserves the right to suspend or terminate provider access for violations of these Terms. Any outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

All materials, resources, and content provided by PRN remain the intellectual property of PRN. Providers may use these materials for professional purposes but may not redistribute, sell, or modify them without written permission.
